The restoration of God's presence among His people
Introduction
The vision that God has placed on my heart has primarily come from the Old Covenant and the New Covenant. At sundry times past while communing with the Lord, He has used His word to reveal His plan for Morning Star World Outreach Center. Therefore, the Scriptures used are rather the vision set forth and revealed His purpose for this local church. The practical aspect of the vision will follow.
Spiritual Aspect of the Vision
"And we have the more sure prophetic word, to which ye do well to take heed, as to a lamp shining in a dark place until the day dawn, and the Morning Star arise in your hearts. 2 Peter 1:19 (Worrell)
"And I will give him the morning star." Revelation 2:28
"I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, and the bright and morning star." Revelation 22:16
"That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing, but that it should be holy and without blemish." Ephesian 5:27
Something New

United In His Love
"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." John 17:3

Mighty Warrior
I will open rivers in high places and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water" Isaiah 41:17-18

Possessing The Land
"For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it." Jeremiah 30:3

We Are Called
- To preach the gospel to the poor
- To heal the brokenhearted
- To preach deliverance to the captives
- Recovery of sight to the blind
- To set at liberty them that are bruised
- To preach the acceptable year of the Lord
- To comfort all that mourn
- To pour in the oil of joy Isaiah 61:1-3; Luke 4:18-19
- That He may be glorified!
House of Prayer
"Even them will I bring to my high mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be acceptable upon my altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people." Isaiah 50:7
Move Of The Spirit
"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." Colossians 2:8
"It is the intentions of the writer not to allow ritualistic forms or religious traditions keep us from the move of the Spirit. This is the greatest hour of the church; therefore, the need for unity among Christians is paramount. It is the religious traditions of men that have served as the denominator in the Body of Christ. The move of the Spirit is essential then if we are going to experience unity in the church."
Spirit Led Worship
"Now the Lord is that Spirit; and where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty." 2 Corinthians 3:17
"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship." John 4:23
"And the sweet psalmist of Israel said, The spirit of the Lord spake by me, and his word was in my tongue." 2 Samuel 23:1-2
"The vision of this church is to usher in revival in the hearts of God's people so as to affect the entire world for the kingdom of God... to bring people into His presence that they might know Him... to exalt the name of Jesus as never before in church history."
It is the writer's desire to affect not only our community, or the entire city, but the world with the righteousness of God. Revival is the Key! JESUS IS THE VISION! Revival must be sparked in the hearts of God's people.
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive them their sin and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attend unto the prayer that is made in this place." 2 Chronicles 7:14-15
Revival
"Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month." Joel 2:23
"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the hand maids in those days will I pour out my spirit...and it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered; for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call." Joel 2:28-29, 32
The Harvest Is Ripe
"Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the vats overflow; for their wickedness is great. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision." Joel 3:13-14
The Glory of God
“Arise, shine for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee... Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.” Isaiah 60:1-5
“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. AMEN.” Ephesians 3:21
Doing The Works of Jesus
"For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by oneSpirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free, and have been all made to drink into one Spirit." 1 Corinthians 12:12-13
The Release of the Love of God
"Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind." Philippians 2:2
"And above all things have fervent love among yourselves: for love shall cover the multitude of sins." 1 Peter 4:8
Arise and Shine
"Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord's glory." Ezekiel 10:4
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more into the perfect day. Proverbs 4:18
